1. What is Ovokopack.com?
1.1. Ovokopack.com is an electronic store for packaging supplies, where the purchase is carried out independently, orders are not placed on behalf of the customer.
1.2. All copyrights of Ovokopack.com belong to UAB "Ovoko" (hereinafter - Service Provider/Seller), Inc. k. 304401253, registered office address Žirmūnų st. 70 - 701, LT-09124 Vilnius, VAT payer code LT100010771516, the company is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.3. The service provider has the right to change the conditions of the Ovokopack.com Terms of Use, the range of services provided and their taxation. Users' use of Ovokopack.com after the changes automatically means their acceptance of the changed provisions of the Terms of Use.
2. General provisions
2.1. All Users of the Ovokopack.lt website express their agreement with all provisions of these Terms of Use and undertake to comply with them. Persons who do not agree with all or part of the provisions of the Terms of Use should not use and browse Ovokopack.com.
2.2. All natural and legal persons (hereinafter - Users) can browse, view the offered goods and buy them on the Ovokopack.com website. Users are both registered and unregistered visitors to Ovokopack.com.
2.3. All natural and legal persons (hereinafter - Buyers) can buy the offered goods on the Ovokopack.com website. Buyers are both registered and unregistered visitors to Ovokopack.com.
2.4. These Terms of Use determine the general terms and conditions of sales contracts concluded on Ovokopack.com and are an integral part of these contracts.
3. User registration at Ovokopack.com
3.1. To ensure more convenient use of Ovokopack.lt, the User can create a personal account at Ovokopack.com by filling out the electronic registration form.
3.2. The Service Provider has the right to suspend or terminate registration, block the User's profile and refuse to provide the User with its services when incorrect or inaccurate information is provided, or the Service Provider has reason to believe that this has been done.
3.3. Users are responsible for the security of their login data and for all actions performed with it.
4. Buyer's and User's rights
4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods on Ovokopack.com in accordance with the procedure established by these Terms of Use.
4.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the order in accordance with the procedure established by these Terms of Use.
4.3. The buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Terms of Use.
4.4. The buyer has other rights established in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.5. The User has the right to access his personal data managed by the Service Provider.
4.6. The user has the right to demand correction of his personal data.
4.7. The user has other rights established in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5. Responsibilities of the User, Buyer and Seller
5.1. In compliance with these Terms of Use, the User must:
5.1.1. Not to transfer the Ovokopack.com User account or its login data to third parties;
5.1.2. Do not perform any actions that may threaten the security of the Ovokopack.com website and its database;
5.1.3. Not to resell goods purchased on Ovokopack.com, not to duplicate Ovokopack.com services;
5.2. In compliance with these Terms of Use, the Buyer must:
5.2.1. to fulfill their obligations, to comply with these Terms of Use and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2.2. not to use Ovokopack.com if the User is not an able-bodied natural person who has reached the age of majority and has all the powers and rights to enter into and execute transactions, whose capacity is limited by court order;
5.2.3. not to violate any provisions of legal acts, rights of third parties and Ovokopack.com Rules of Use;
5.2.4. before purchasing the product, carefully read all the information provided about the product for sale, its final price and the taxes included in it;
5.2.5. to pay the specified amount for the purchased product on time;
5.2.6. to perform other duties imposed on the Buyer in the Rules of Use, Privacy Policy and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.3. In compliance with these Terms of Use, the Seller must:
5.3.1. sell only legally purchased, high-quality goods that match the description.
5.3.2. to answer for defects in the quality of the goods;
5.3.3. to perform other duties imposed on the Seller in the Rules of Use, Privacy Policy and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Duties and rights of the service provider
6.1. The service provider undertakes:
6.1.1. enable the user to safely and qualitatively use the services provided by Ovokopack.com;
6.1.2. Process the User's Personal data only in accordance with the Rules, Privacy Policy and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
6.1.3. To present the goods ordered by the Buyer and to accept the goods returned by the Buyer under the conditions provided for in the Terms of Use.
6.2. The service provider has the right to:
6.2.1. Change or introduce new payment and delivery methods and new fees, after notifying the user at least 30 days before the changes;
6.2.2. to change the conditions of the Ovokopack.com Rules of Use, the range of services provided and their taxation. Users' use of Ovokopack.com after changes automatically means their acceptance of the changed provisions of the Terms of Use;
6.2.3. not to accept goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning goods established in the Rules of Use;
7. Ordering goods, concluding a purchase - sale contract
7.1. When ordering goods at Ovokopack.com, the buyer must provide his personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order.
7.2. Products from Ovokopack.com can be ordered by registered and non-registered Buyers.
7.3. A purchase-sale contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, when the Buyer, after choosing the goods to be purchased and creating a basket of goods, completes all the steps of the order, the last of which is the selection and confirmation of the payment method.
7.4. Each concluded purchase-sale contract is registered and stored in the Ovokopack.com database.
8. Payment procedure
8.1. When buying goods on Ovokopack.com, the Buyer can pay in one of the following ways:
8.1.1. payment methods provided in the Paysera payment system; by bank card during the delivery of the goods;
8.1.2. using electronic banking;
9. Procedure for exchange and return of goods
9.1. Ovokopack.com offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products from the date of receipt.
9.2. Exchange or return of goods is carried out after the buyer has delivered the goods to the seller's warehouse on his own or using the services of a courier service. All shipping costs are paid by the Buyer when shipping is paid. Returned goods must be delivered to the courier or directly to the seller's warehouse within 5 days of submitting the return form to Ovokopack.com. If the goods are delayed, the warranty no longer applies.
9.3. Undamaged and undamaged goods are accepted back or exchanged for other goods, upon submission of documents confirming the purchase and a written request of the buyer.
9.4. When returning goods, the Buyer must:
9.4.1. Return the product in its original, neat packaging, in the same configuration and condition;
9.4.2. to deliver the product directly to the seller's warehouse independently or using a courier service.
9.5. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in the Terms of Use.
9.6. The money-back guarantee does not cover costs that exceed the total amount of the specific order and delivery.
10. Delivery of goods
10.1. When ordering a product on Ovokopack.com, the Buyer can choose one of the following delivery methods:
10.1. home delivery;
10.2. Only the person who placed the order or the person specified at the time of placing the order who has a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport or driver's license) can accept or collect the goods.
10.3. After the buyer chooses the home delivery service:
10.3.1. The buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery address of the goods;
10.3.2. the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer throughout the territory of Lithuania within 1-2 working days from the receipt of payment;
10.3.3. in major Lithuanian cities, goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
10.3.4. in other areas of Lithuania, goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.;
10.3.5. on the day of delivery, the courier contacts the Buyer on the specified contact phone number;
10.3.6. delivery to the Curonian Spit costs 20 EUR.
10.4. After the buyer chooses the service of picking up the goods at the selected DPD shipment point:
10.4.1. The buyer can pick up the shipment with the ordered goods at a time convenient for him at the selected DPD shipment point within 7 calendar days;
10.4.2. shipments to DPD shipment points are delivered within 1-2 working days;
10.4.3. The Buyer is informed about the delivery of the parcel to the DPD parcel pick-up point by SMS;
10.4.4. If the buyer does not pick up the package within 7 calendar days, it is returned to the seller.
10.5. shipping to islands and other hard-to-reach areas may incur additional charges.
10.6. The buyer, upon receiving or picking up the package, having noticed a packaging violation, must immediately notify the courier who delivered the package or an employee of the DPD parcel point and ask for a report of packaging violations to be drawn up.
11. Use of cookies
11.1. Cookies are small text documents with a unique identification number that are transferred from the website to the hard drive of the visitor's computer, so that the website administrator can identify the visitor's computer and see his activity on the Internet, which helps the Service Provider to improve the services provided and to provide the User with a more pleasant experience. 13. Protection of personal data
13.1. The service provider processes the personal data provided by the User on the Ovokopack.com website, which is necessary for the proper provision of services.
13.2. The service provider does not provide personal data to third parties without a legal basis.
13.3. The User has the right to get acquainted with his personal data managed by the Service Provider and to demand their correction.
14. Final Provisions
14.1. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the implementation and interpretation of these Terms of Use. 14.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Terms of Use shall be resolved by negotiation. 14.3. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts.
