Payment methods
When shopping at OvokoPack.com you can pay using any of the following methods:
1) Paysera
Fast and secure payment via your online banking or by card. Once the payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically.
- Supports online banking and card payments.
- Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection; 3-D Secure is applied if supported by your bank.
2) Stripe
Card and mobile payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express; Apple Pay / Google Pay when supported by your device and bank).
- Instant confirmation; your order moves to processing immediately.
- Card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store them.
- Compliant with the latest security standards (PCI-DSS).
3) Proforma invoice (Bank transfer)
If you choose this method, we will issue a proforma invoice for payment by bank transfer.
- Payment term - 10 calendar days from the invoice date.
- Please include your order number in the transfer details.
- The invoice will be sent to your email immediately after placing the order.
- We will start processing your order after the payment is received.
Currencies
We accept payments in EUR, PLN, and RON. The active currency is shown in the cart and at checkout.
Invoices & VAT
The VAT invoice is automatically sent by email when we start processing your order.
